Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon emphasized that 65% of Pakistanโs population consists of youth, making this initiative crucial for employment generation.
Key Features of the Portal:
- Allows both educated individuals & skilled workers to upload CVs.
- Lists government & private sector job openings.
- Encourages youth to explore opportunities beyond government positions.
Memon also highlighted that employment is being generated through initiatives like the Peopleโs Housing Scheme, ensuring job creation beyond traditional sectors.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah underscored the portalโs role in enabling youth to register for employment opportunities, stating:
โWhen talent meets opportunity, progress follows. We urge job seekers and employers to sign up in large numbers.โ
๐ Transparent & Inclusive Hiring Process
- Job advertisements for grades 1-4 will be published directly on the portal.
- Grades 5-15 positions will be filled through the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) for fair and transparent hiring.
- Temporary jobs will also be integrated into the platform to expand opportunities.

The Sindh government remains dedicated to uplifting the province, especially in the wake of recent challenges like floods. CM Murad Ali Shah revealed that, under Bilawal Bhutto Zardariโs vision, a massive housing project for flood victims has been initiated, with over 800,000 homes already completed.
