Memon also highlighted that employment is being generated through initiatives like the Peopleโ€™s Housing Scheme, ensuring job creation beyond traditional sectors.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah underscored the portalโ€™s role in enabling youth to register for employment opportunities, stating:

  • Job advertisements for grades 1-4 will be published directly on the portal.
  • Grades 5-15 positions will be filled through the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) for fair and transparent hiring.
  • Temporary jobs will also be integrated into the platform to expand opportunities.

The Sindh government remains dedicated to uplifting the province, especially in the wake of recent challenges like floods.
