The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has taken a major step towards uplifting its most vulnerable citizensโ€”orphans and widowsโ€”through the official launch of two groundbreaking welfare cards: the Roshan Mustaqbil Card and the Sahara Card. ๐Ÿ’™

Launched by Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur during a high-profile event at the CM House in Peshawar, these initiatives mark a new chapter in the provinceโ€™s commitment to social justice and inclusive development.

  • Monthly Stipend: Rs 5,000
  • Eligible Age Group: 5 to 16 years
  • Initial Beneficiaries: 9,000 orphaned children
  • First Payment: Rs 10,000 (covering May & June due to Eid-ul-Adha)

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿฆณ Sahara Card (For Widows)

  • Monthly Stipend: Rs 5,000
  • Eligibility: Widows aged 45 and above
  • Initial Beneficiaries: 15,000 women
  • Disbursement Date: By the 5th of every month
