TechWomen is a life-changing program designed to empower women in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and math) through professional mentorship, cultural exchange, and leadership development. Basic Requirements:
- 🌟 Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience in STEM fields.
- 🎓 At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- ✍️ Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- 🌍 Citizenship and permanent residency in one of these countries:
- Albania, Algeria, Cameroon, Egypt, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Zimbabwe.
- 🛂 Eligible for a U.S. J-1 exchange visitor visa.
Preference is Given To Applicants Who:
- Reside and work in a TechWomen program country.
- Show emerging leadership through their work, community activities, and education.
- Have limited prior experience in the United States.
- Demonstrate a commitment to mentoring women and youth upon return.
- Exhibit a track record of entrepreneurialism and innovation.
