  • Education & Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years’ experience OR High School certificate with 5 years’ experience

🌍 About the Project:

The Scaling-up of GLOF risk reduction in Northern Pakistan (GLOF-II) project is a vital initiative addressing climate change-induced disasters. It aims to enhance the resilience of communities to GLOF risks, covering 24 valleys in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB). The project involves infrastructural activities, capacity building, and community-focused initiatives.

🚀 Your Role:

As an M&E Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in:

  • Implementing the project’s M&E mechanism with a focus on gender-inclusive data collection.
  • Regularly monitoring project sites in GB and KP, ensuring progress aligns with set indicators.
  • Coordinating with provincial teams for reporting and progress updates.
  • Assisting in quality assurance of project documents and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Contributing to the success stories and lessons learned for knowledge sharing.

💼 Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (with Secondary Education) or 2 years (with Bachelor’s degree) in M&E systems design.
  • Skills in data analysis, dashboard creation, and risk mitigation techniques are valuable.
  • Knowledge of project management and proficiency in English and Urdu.
