📌 Position Title: Selected candidates will be designated as “IPFP Fellows” during their fellowship.

Capacity Building & Training 📈
Only the top 350 shortlisted applicants will undergo the National Faculty Development Program (NFDP), which includes:
🔸 Four-Week Training: Hands-on faculty training at NAHE before placement.
🔸 Regular CPD Activities: Online professional development during the Fellowship.
🔸 Faculty Mentorship: A mentor at the host university to guide career growth.
🔸 Assistant Mentorship: Top IPFP Fellows can become Junior Instructors, earning up to PKR 100,000 per course.
Eligibility Criteria ✅

✔️ Pakistani/AJK nationality
✔️ Age ≤ 40 years at the time of application
✔️ PhD degree (HEC-recognized) completed within the last two years
✔️ At least two research publications in HEC-indexed journals
✔️ Unemployed or willing to resign from contract/irregular jobs
✔️ First-time IPFP applicant
📌 Exceptions: Non-gazetted employees (below BPS 17) may apply while retaining their lien.
Financial Support 💰
📌 Fixed Stipend: PKR 150,000 per month for 12 months
📌 Future Adjustments: Salary may be revised based on cost-of-living changes.
📌 Optional Benefits: Voluntary pension and health insurance schemes.

- Three Letters of Reference (One must be from your PhD supervisor)
- Deposit Slip of PKR 3000/- (Non-refundable application fee)

Selection & Placement Process 🏛️
Here’s what happens after you apply:

2️⃣ Preliminary Scrutiny to verify eligibility.
3️⃣ Pre-Assessment Test for shortlisted candidates.
4️⃣ NFDP Training for top 350 candidates.
5️⃣ Placement Offers shared with host institutions.
6️⃣ Joining at Host University (must join within one month of placement offer).
7️⃣ Salary Disbursement upon joining.
🔔 Note: Placements are finalized within three months post-training. IPFP can only be availed once.
Responsibilities of IPFP Fellows 🎓
🔹 Teaching: Conduct one course per semester (lighter load than full-time faculty).
🔹 Research: Actively publish research in indexed journals.
🔹 Professional Conduct: Follow academic ethics, research standards, and university policies.
🔹 Institutional Contribution: Engage in conferences, seminars, and academic events.
