Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif is set to inaugurate Islamabad’s first-ever Business Facilitation Center (BFC) this month, marking a major milestone in improving the ease of doing business in Pakistan. This initiative aims to streamline business-related services by integrating multiple government departments into a one-stop automated platform.


What is the Business Facilitation Center (BFC)?

The Business Facilitation Center is designed to simplify and accelerate the process of obtaining Required Licenses, Certificates, and Other Approvals (RLCOs) under one roof. With the launch of this center, businesses can expect:

How Will BFC Help Businesses?

The Board of Investment (BoI) has signed a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with all federal government departments, ensuring a unified platform for business facilitation. The Islamabad BFC will manage 341 RLCOs from 22 ministries and 41 departments. Each department will assign dedicated experts to assist business owners and investors on-site.
