The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has simplified the application process for the Child Registration Certificate (CRC), commonly known as the B-Form, making it quicker and more convenient for parents across Pakistan.
📄 The B-Form is a child’s first official identity document, establishing their legal existence in Pakistan’s national database.
✅ Who Can Apply?
Parents can apply for a B-Form for children under one year old using the Pak ID Mobile App.
Required Documents:
- 📜 Birth Certificate issued by the Union Council (accepted for births in Pakistan and abroad)
- 🆔 CNIC or NICOP of at least one parent
📲 How to Apply Online via Pak ID App
- Log in or create an account on the Pak ID Mobile App.
- Select “Issuance of Identity Document” → Choose “Child Registration Certificate (CRC)”
- Enter the 13-digit CNIC number of a parent
- Review pre-filled data and choose processing priority
- Upload:
- 🖼️ A recent photograph of the child
- ✍️ Digital signature
- 📎 Required documents
- Enter child’s details
- Provide fingerprint verification of one parent
- Review & submit the application
⚠️ For children older than one year, applications must be completed in person at a NADRA office.
