This fully-funded U.S.-based summer exchange program is designed to empower young women (ages 15-17) from around the globe to pursue higher education and careers in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through hands-on training and mentorship. 🌍👩💻

- 3-week U.S.-based exchange with 7-month mentoring program.

🔧 Tech Camp & STEM Career Conversations
At the heart of TechGirls is a 23-day immersive tech camp hosted by Virginia Tech’s Center for the Enhancement of Engineering Diversity (CEED). Participants will:
- Learn coding and other tech skills.
- Attend leadership and STEM career talks.
- Engage with NASA, Smithsonian, and private-sector giants like Microsoft, Amazon, and Boeing.

- Visa fees for international participants.
- Round-trip airfare and housing.
- Meals and all scheduled activities during the program.
