  • Head of Institute Attestation Form (HOI): Download, fill, and get it attested by your institute.
  • Applicant’s CNIC: Both sides of your National Identity Card.
  • Parents’/Guardian’s CNIC: Both sides of your father’s, mother’s, or guardian’s CNIC.
  • Family Registration Certificate: Issued by NADRA.
  • Academic Certificates:
    • Matric Certificate

Once approved, a cheque will be dispatched to your institute within 20–30 days. The institute will either hand it over to you or adjust it against your fees. You can encash the cheque at any Meezan Bank branch by presenting your original CNIC and a copy.

Scholarships are disbursed once per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30). If your course continues, reapply after July 1 of the next year with renewal documents.
