USAID IPA Round 2 FDI Grants:
The USAID IPA is pleased to announce the second round of FDI Grants designed to stimulate foreign investments in Pakistan.
Eligibility:
- Pakistani firms in advanced stages of securing international funding
- Firms from all sectors, with priority given to the following:
- Information & Communications Technology
- Manufacturing
- Agri-tech Business and Processing
- Hospitality/Tourism
Grant Application:
To receive detailed application instructions and budget guidelines, reach out to IPA through email at IPAfund@pakistanipa.com. Make sure to include “FDI Grants” in the subject line.
Grant Amount:
- Firms can secure potential grant funding of up to *USD 100,000 per grant.
- Grants will be awarded in Pakistani Rupees, with the exact amount determined by the prevailing exchange rate at the time of grant award.
Inclusivity:
USAID IPA actively encourages applications from youth and women-led/owned businesses. These grants are open to firms from all geographic regions of Pakistan.

Application Orientation Session Registration.
USAID IPA will hold multiple pre-application orientation sessions (about 2 hours in duration).
These sessions will allow eligible and interested applicants an opportunity to ask questions about the RFA and receive guidance on how to complete the application form.
These sessions will provide applicants with an opportunity to:
- Explore and understand about the funding stream available under the USAID IPA Fund.
- Receive overall guidance on how to fill in the application.
- Understand and map their ideas that supports the objectives of USAID IPA.
