Position: Assistant Manager – Procurement & Sourcing
We’re on the lookout for a results-oriented professional to lead critical procurement initiatives, drive strategic sourcing decisions, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute procurement strategies and sourcing processes
- Evaluate and manage supplier performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill purchasing requirements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards
- Optimize cost-efficiency while maintaining product/service quality
Ideal Candidate Profile
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategy and contract negotiation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
