Position: Assistant Manager – Procurement & Sourcing

We’re on the lookout for a results-oriented professional to lead critical procurement initiatives, drive strategic sourcing decisions, and manage vendor relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute procurement strategies and sourcing processes
  • Evaluate and manage supplier performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill purchasing requirements
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards
  • Optimize cost-efficiency while maintaining product/service quality

Ideal Candidate Profile

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategy and contract negotiation
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail and compliance
