Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, you must:

  • Be applying for BS, MS, or PhD in a relevant field
  • Hold a valid USAT/HAT score (obtained on or after 15 May 2024)
  • Have all academic documents attested by HEC/IBCC
  • Be under the age limits by 15 September 2025:
    • Undergraduate: below 35 years
    • Master’s: below 40 years
    • Doctorate: below 45 years

Note: Professional degree applicants (e.g. Medicine, Law, Engineering) must confirm recognition from relevant councils (e.g. PMDC, PEC, PBC).

Language Requirements

Planning to study in English? You’ll need:

  • IELTS 5 / TOEFL 40 for undergraduate
  • IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL 50 for graduate programs

Your previous education must also have been in English (or Russian/Turkish depending on the chosen program language).
