For Startups:

  • Based in KP or owned by individuals with a KP CNIC from selected districts.
  • Focused on tech-based, creative, and innovative solutions.
  • Idea should have a positive community impact.

For SMEs:

  • Based in KP or owned by individuals with a KP CNIC from selected districts.
  • Registered with a regulatory body and aligned with the State Bank of Pakistan’s SME definition:
    • Small Enterprise: Annual sales up to PKR 150 million.
    • Medium Enterprise: Annual sales between PKR 150 million and PKR 800 million.
  • Must agree to match 20% of business development support funds for reinvestment.
  • Should have innovative, tech-driven solutions with community impact.
